This is YOUR community building – a vibrant, friendly space to meet and make new friends. There are all sorts of activities and events run for all ages as well as the opportunity to hire generous spaces to do things yourselves.
The building is managed by volunteers – we are a very friendly bunch and always looking for new people to join us!

Sound Gong Bath

This amazing pure immersive session of deep relaxation is now happening each month.

Line Dancing
Takes a break in September – back next month!
6.30-7.30pm
Yeehah! It’s get your dancing boots again time!! Our popular line dancing class is fun and all proceeds support our village hall.
At only £3 per person, there’s no better way to enjoy yourself and get a little fitter at the same time.

Pamper Night
Saturday 26th September 7pm
Join us for an evening of luxury for only £10 per person.
Options include basic manicure, pedicure, back/shoulder massage, hair, hand massage and brows. There is also a glass of prosecco and nibbles or tea/coffee if you prefer.
There will also be a free clothes swap – bring an item and swap it for another! Easy peasy!

Knighton Friendship Group
Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month
2pm to 4pm
They are back! All are welcome to join this friendly group – very low subs and always plenty of chatter. 2-4pm upstairs in the main hall.
There isn’t a meet up on the 8th – we kick back off on September 22nd with the group creating with air dry clay.
Don’t forget that the Post Office is also open on this day too.
Community Coffee Morning

It’s the big one!!! The bakers are back with new vim and vigour ready to support MacMillan – the most famous coffee morning in the UK by now!
The cake table promises to deliver a wealth of tasty treats – what better way to catch up with your friends than by eating home baked cake and supporting a much loved charity.
Come and join our happy vibe. Great raffle prizes on offer too!

Happy Feet with Katrina
First and third Wednesdays of the month.
Our friendly village footcare specialist now runs a clinic in the Village Hall Garden room on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. If you are interested in booking in to see Katrina then please contact her on 07754 692018 for more details.
Harvest Supper and quiz night
Support your local church and have fun too!
Wednesday 7th October
7-9pm
The PCC are yet again hosting their popular annual Harvest Supper and Quiz Night with quizmaster Revd Alex Sharp in the chair.
Everyone is welcome so do pop the date in your diary now and then come along and join the fun. The evening will commence at 7pm with a Ploughman’s supper followed by the quiz and should end around 9pm.
Tea and coffee will be provided and attendees are welcome to bring their own alcoholic or soft drinks.
The event will be free of charge but donations to the much needed church building fund would be greatly appreciated.

Craft Group

This group will now meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Bring along a project you’ve already started maybe? Come along and be inspired to start one?
Cost £3 includes tea and biscuits and simply helps to cover the costs of the room hire.
Walking Group
Wednesday 9th September
Meet Susie at 10am outside the Village Hall
Maybe you walk around the village and would like to venture a little further with company? Perhaps share your favourite walk?
The walks are approximately 3 miles and take 1-1.5 hours.

Calling all green fingered volunteers!
The Spring calls and soon the days will lengthen and the sun shine strengthen to warm our faces.
We are always looking for people to help maintain the hall garden – maybe take ownership of a small patch to cultivate and nurture? Make some new friends while you are there 🙂

Snooker
We are very lucky to have one of the few full size snooker tables in our area. This can be booked for play for only £5 per hour. The room has recently been upgraded and redecorated so come along and take a look at the new and improved place to play and practice 🙂
All bookings must be by prior arrangement as the snooker room remains locked when not in use.
